A classic recipe. Just as good as Grandmas! To make it truly homemade, you can make the noodles from scratch too!
16 cups water
3 tablespoons parsley flakes
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 package KAMUT® Brand khorasan wheat noodles or pasta of choice*
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and shred or dice the meat. Add noodles to the pot. Boil until done. Add the chicken, stir and serve.
