4 cups water
1 cup lentils
1 sliced onion
1 teaspoon cumin
Sea salt to taste
1/2 cup KAMUT® Brand khorasan wheat pasta
Combine water, lentils, onion, and carrot in pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until lentils are tender, about 25 minutes. Add cumin and salt, and bring soup back to a boil. Add macaroni and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is done. Drizzle with melted butter and serve with crusty bread.
