Mix flour, eggs, and salt in a bowl. Gradually incorporate the milk and then add 150 ml of water. The result is a rather firm dough. Blend in a mixer for a minute and then let the dough rest for about an hour.
Cook thin crêpes in a preheated pan and turn them. Brush the surface with butter, break an egg in the center and let it set over medium heat. Then lay the strips of cooked ham on top and the grated cheese around it. Cook the crêpes for another two minutes.
